Meet Our Lead Pastor

Wesley Wood

Hi, I’m Wesley Wood. I’ve been a pastor for 18 years but more importantly a lifelong apprentice of Jesus who is passionate about helping others move beyond cultural or national Christianity into a lived, practiced following of Christ. I believe faith is less about checking boxes and more about learning to walk in the way of Jesus—together.

Our family vision is from 1 Thessalonians 2:8: “We loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the good news of God but our lives as well.” This conviction shapes everything we do; from an open-door home to countless dinner parties, because church, in my mind, should be deeply relational and extend well beyond Sunday gatherings.

I’ve been married to Kristin for 18 years, and together we’re raising three incredible kids who keep life loud, meaningful, and full of joy. When I’m relaxing I’m often hosting people around a table, reading, watching or playing baseball, staying physically active, traveling with my family, hanging out with my dog, or cheering on my kids. Life is full and wonderful.

I love connecting with people both in person and online—so feel free to contact me or follow along on Instagram and TikTok, where I share my life and faith.

Meet Our Kids Ministry Coordinator

Jeanette deBoer

Jeanette and her family have been with Reunion from the very beginning, meeting in the Wood’s living room with just a few other families. With a background in children’s librarianship, she loves spending time with our youngest crew, and feels strongly about their role as members of our crew.

Jeanette and her husband, Mark, also own Venue 1906, the building in which we meet weekly. On top of coordinating Reunion’s children’s ministry, Jeanette manages all the details of weddings and events throughout the year. Mark and Jeanette have three children: Isabel, Eden, and Callum.

Jeanette loves to run, read, and sew whenever she can find the time.
